whats good my damies? so the C/S vs White Ninja split is officially out of print. ah yes,I know how hard that is to understand. you'll get over it. or who knows? maybe some more copies will resurface? unless I am crazy,i believe Death,Agony,and Screams has some and Beat The Meat might too,but you'd have to ask them. actually, the White Ninja himself might have a few left,but that recluse is hard to get a hold of.
next up on the list will be the next Sprockets E.P. entitled "Temporary Aid in the Uncureable Sickness of the Mind". longer than the last two efforts combined,and longer than the first tape too, this new bombardment is more "focused" and "executed" and other words people try to use to review things and make it sound like vast improvements over the last thing. granted,I did take some new approaches to my mixing and made everything sound better (HOLY SHIT I PUT MY FOOT IN MY MOUTH. THIS SHIT IS SUPPOSED TO BE RAW!). now that this one is done,it's time to dust off the ole cobwebs and work on the LP! suffice it to say it probably won't come out on LP format,it is still considered a full length release. I mean come on,Assuck's "Misery Index" is like 10 minutes long,but that's a full length!
between the next release and the last one will be two compilation appearances on two awesome labels. the first one will be the C-5 vol.2 on DxAxSx and the 100 in 10 LP on Intellect. I should have copies of both once they drop,so keep your eyes peeled for them shits. the last C-5 is awesome and theres some completely awesome bands on the 100 band comp. so awesome I had to use that word a thousand awesome times.
tentative plans are scrapped cause I am a wishy-washy motherfucker and like to plan out delusional pipe dreams before anything ever becomes realized,the next releases on Utopia will be the new Sprockets tape,a split release with Ecophagy Records for the Groover demo (total grind-rock that sounds like shit Relapse used to put out. a'la CSSO,Xysma,Pakeni,later era Convulse), and I'm in the talks with Cranial Insisored about doing a split. I will be distributing the new CD from White Ninja and the next tape from Elderly Couple as well.
speaking of distribution,I am down to the wire on the Magnum Force - Demo X9, Nirvantallica - Self Titled, Gallblaster - A Horrendous Demonstration of Unlicensed Medical Malpractice, a 4-way split between Archagathus,Hip Cops,Violent Gorge,& Pancreatectomie, and Gravebound - Stabbing Contest,as well as a few copies of Marshall Willenholly - Mistake Mixtape and the Hesh'n Aggression comp with Godstomper,Superbad,Sidetracked,and a bunch more. I will soon (well maybe in a month or two) have copies of the Double Destruction comp featuring my other grind band The Naturals,Iron Lung,DosXAmigos,Backslider,and a bunch more.
it would do you all wise to look in my links at the Antropofago Ateo page and buy the new Knelt Rote tape. those guys are single handedly one of the best grind bands out currently and I speak volumes of praise towards them.
